• Manages opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Ensures proper cash management and POS procedures.
• Checks in with baristas to ensure service quality.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Provides quality beverages, whole bean and food to customers.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
