Responsibilities

• Act with integrity and promote Starbucks culture and mission.
• Stay calm during high volume periods to keep operations at standard.
• Anticipate customer and store needs and respond to cues.
• Communicate information to the manager to maintain the Third Place environment.
• Assist with new partner training with constructive coaching.
• Provide feedback to the store manager on partner performance.
• Recognize changes in partner morale and collaborate with the manager.
• Deliver legendary customer service and connect with customers.
• Ensure opening and closing duties are performed as assigned.
• Follow cash handling, safety, and security policies during shifts.
