Job summary

Starbucks Ottawa is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing daily operations during shifts. You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and ensure legendary customer service while maintaining a clean, welcoming Third Place environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles and uphold safety and cash handling policies. You will help train new partners, maintain attendance, and deliver quality beverages and products with consistency during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
