Job summary

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Lead the shift team by deploying partners and delegating tasks to ensure the Starbucks Experience.
• Provide legendary customer service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety and cash handling policies.
• Coach and support partners to improve performance and ensure consistent attendance.
