Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Toronto to assist the store manager with daily operations and lead the shift team. You will delegate tasks, ensure prompt service, and uphold standards for quality beverages and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You’ll coach partners, monitor operations, and maintain safety and cash handling procedures to deliver the Starbucks Experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to supervise and direct shift team.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
