Starbucks Corporation in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager during scheduled shifts and lead the shift team to deliver the Starbucks Experience with legendary service, quality beverages and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, coordinate opening/closing duties, train new partners, and ensure cash handling, safety and policy compliance while maintaining attendance and punctuality.

• Assist with new partner training and provide coaching as needed.
• Provide feedback to store manager on partner performance during shift.
• Recognize changes in partner morale and communicate them to the store manager.
• Provide coaching to partners to ensure operational excellence and performance.
