Job summary

NorthernReflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations and lead the team on assigned shifts. You will focus on delivering an exceptional in-store experience, meeting sales goals, and upholding brand standards.

As part of the store leadership team, you’ll coach staff, ensure visual merchandising, handle POS transactions, and maintain a safe shopping environment across busy hours and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising and loss prevention.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong on-the-floor leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Drive customer loyalty by promoting and enrolling customers in our loyalty program.
• Coach, support, and provide feedback to sales associates to help them meet productivity goals and improve performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product preparation, displays, and in-store layouts.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and the store team, following all loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Shift Leader supports the daily operations of our store and delivers an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.
