Job summary

Northern Reflections Limited in Sherwood Park, AB, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help customers find the right products and represent the brand values through knowledgeable service.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling in our loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.
