Job summary

JRoss Recruiters in Edmonton is partnering with a well‑established Canadian retailer to recruit a Store Manager in Edmonton. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, lead a team on the sales floor, and deliver an engaging in‑store experience for customers.

You will coach staff, supervise daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold visual merchandising standards while pursuing KPI targets and fostering a positive, collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience in apparel or specialty retail.
• Experience supervising or mentoring employees in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong sales orientation with understanding of retail KPIs.
• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, inventory management and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to create a great in-store experience.
• Organized, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident problem solver with sound judgement.
• Comfortable using POS systems and retail technology.
• Positive, energetic leader who can motivate from the sales floor.
• Motivated to develop toward store management opportunities.

• Take an active, hands‑on approach to supporting the overall success of the store.
