Job summary

Northern Reflections Limited, owner of Ricki’s and Cleo, seeks an Assistant Manager to drive profitable sales growth and deliver an exceptional in-store brand experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead, recruit, train and coach a high-performing sales team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure strong loss prevention and customer service. You should have 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience and the flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and coach a results-driven sales team.
• Strong retail and business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, selecting, and developing high-performing team members.

• Physically able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
