As a Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences and build meaningful relationships within a collaborative team. Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and move and handle boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds)
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values
• Build customer loyalty by introducing and encouraging enrollment in our loyalty program
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success
