Job summary

Northern Reflections Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and drive profitable sales while delivering an exceptional in-store brand experience for our customers. The role combines hands-on leadership with a passion for fashion and a commitment to service excellence.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team, manage schedules, monitor KPIs, oversee merchandising and visual standards, and ensure loss prevention

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and coach a results-driven sales team.
• Strong retail and business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor maintaining all aspects of day-to-day store operations including achievingsales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall teamleadership.
• Overseebusiness operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Drivebusiness results through coaching and encouraging a customer focused sales team

• Overseestore operations, including shift task organization and store opening andclosing duties

Experience& Qualifications:

• 1–2years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in a specialtyor apparel store
• Provenability to lead, motivate, train, and coach a results-driven sales team
• Strongretail and business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Demonstratedsuccess in recruiting, selecting, and developing high-performing team members
• Excellentcustomer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
