Job summary

Northern Reflections Limited is recruiting for a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and develop meaningful customer relationships. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support a dynamic team across our brands, with focus on service, product knowledge, and loyalty enrollment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move boxes up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling customers in the loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.
