JRoss Recruiters is seeking a Store Leader in Alberta, Canada to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

You will coach and develop the team, uphold merchandising standards, and ensure smooth store operations while maintaining strong KPI focus.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience within apparel, footwear, fashion, or specialty retail.
• Experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring employees in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong sales orientation with an understanding of retail KPIs.
• Good knowledge of store operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a genuine interest in creating a great in-store experience.
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Confident problem solver with sound judgement.
• Comfortable using POS systems and retail technology.
• Positive, energetic, and comfortable leading from the sales floor.
