Job summary

NorthernReflections is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships at our Winnipeg store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll represent our brands with warmth, product knowledge, and a commitment to service.

Key duties include assisting customers, hitting daily sales goals, maintaining store appearance, processing transactions, and supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
• Passion for fashion and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling customers in the loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration and teamwork.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.
