Job summary

Northern Reflections Limited is seeking a Store Team Leader in Ottawa to drive store performance and lead a collaborative team. You will oversee daily operations, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining visual standards and loss prevention measures.

You will manage sales goals, support on-floor leadership in the Store Manager's absence, and promote loyalty programs, all while upholding policies and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising and loss prevention.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and move boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience, store opening and closing procedures.
• Provide strong on-the-floor leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Drive customer loyalty by promoting and enrolling customers in our loyalty program.
• Coach, support, and provide feedback to sales associates to help them meet productivity goals and improve performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product preparation, displays, and in-store layouts.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and the store team, following all loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.

Reporting to the Store Manager, as the Store Team Leader, you will take fullresponsibility for the store during assigned shifts, leading the team to meetand exceed sales goals and productivity standards. You’ll provide ongoingcoaching on the sales floor and support the development of a high-performingteam.
