Job summary

Brock Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for our Kitchener, ON head office. You will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow applications, integrations, and platform enhancements to improve service delivery, IT operations, and customer experiences.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, configure Employee Center experiences, and perform upgrades and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, managing, documenting, and troubleshooting ServiceNow.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow applications, integrations, and platform enhancements
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI, business rules, security rules, and scripts
• Configure Employee Center experiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub
• Perform platform upgrades, testing, patching and ongoing system administration tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules including ITSM and CSM
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
