Job summary

CAAT Pension in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the Information Technology team. You will integrate, maintain, configure, and develop the ServiceNow environments, supporting daily operations through incidents, changes, enhancements, and service requests.

You will collaborate with process owners and the ServiceNow Product Manager, deliver training, conduct code reviews, and drive end-to-end development using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of overall ServiceNow experience with three+ years in app development.
• ServiceNow credentials such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer.
• Five+ years of experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and Jelly scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support upgrades to the latest ServiceNow release with minimal disruption to customers.
• Ensure environment management and scripting standards, identify deficiencies and propose solutions.
• Provide production support, open incidents with vendors, and drive issues to closure.
• Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and manage enhancements using Agile or Waterfall methods.
• Maintain and improve processes, standards, policies, and tools.
• Deliver training to employees on ServiceNow functionality.
• Review code and demonstrate new features, with proof of concepts when needed.
• Collaborate with process owners to customize ServiceNow solutions and rollout new modules.
• Provide design solutions and maintain design documents.
