Job summary

BMO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Toronto to design, develop, and implement extensive ServiceNow solutions with emphasis on ITSM, AI capabilities, GRC, and enterprise workflow automation.

The role requires hands-on development, collaboration with architects and platform admins, and delivering scalable, compliant, and future-ready technology solutions that drive operational excellence and digital transformation.

Qualifications

8+ years of ServiceNow development and administration.
5+ years implementing enterprise ITSM solutions within ServiceNow.
Proven experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience implementing GRC/IRM solutions.
Strong JavaScript development skills within the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build and maintain custom workflows, integrations, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and Service Catalog items.
Develop scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Participate in platform upgrades, releases, and performance optimization.
Create technical documentation and deployment procedures.
Lead integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub; mentor junior developers.
