Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
