Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and scripting in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules is a plus.
• Familiar with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and ongoing system administration
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues within the ServiceNow environment
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and third‑party integrations


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
