Triunity Software, Inc. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Toronto, ON. You will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients, configuring workflows and integrations to streamline digital workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, delivering robust ITSM/ITOM/HRSD capabilities, and maintaining documentation. A strong ITIL background and 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, or similar modules.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD preferred.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing system administration tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans
