  • 8+ years of experience in HVAC/plumbing service, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the service department.
  • Supervise and inspire service technicians through training.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the service department.
  • Supervise and inspire service technicians through training and coaching.
  • Supervise dispatchers to ensure revenue is maximized daily.
  • Ensure work meets the exceptional standards of the company.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Track, communicate, and work with technicians to meet or exceed KPIs and manage team productivity, revenue, and callbacks.
  • Coordinate with office and warehouse to ensure job readiness.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and retention of service staff.
  • Oversee accurate billing, timesheets, and job documentation.
  • Contribute to department budgeting and strategic planning.
Skills / Abilities / Experience
  • 8+ years in HVAC/plumbing service, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with hydronic system service is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive team performance.
  • Relentless commitment to customer service.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized multi-tasker that is goal driven.
  • Familiarity with dispatch/job tracking software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
