You will drive customer satisfaction, develop staff, and coordinate across branches while ensuring safety and efficiency. Strong leadership and a passion for mechanics are valued.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a supervisory or management role within an after-sales service department.
• A college or university degree, preferably in mechanics, parts, or a related field.
• Functional English skills are an asset.
• Excellent communication, coaching, planning, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all activities within the Service Department to meet operational, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensure team clearly understands roles and takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Develop and maximize the skills and potential of employees.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers, staff, and other departments to monitor progress and results.
• Set objectives for the department and employees and track progress.
