Responsibilities

Supervise daily shop operations and allocate tasks to technicians.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, manufacturer requirements, and productivity targets.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, development, and performance evaluation.
Manage schedules, employee relations, and disciplinary issues.
Develop and monitor budgets, control expenses, and analyze results.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle complex complaints.
Oversee workshop admin tasks: work orders, parts returns, payroll, and reporting.
Ensure health and safety policies and a safe work environment.
