Job summary

Premier Equipment is Ontario's largest full-service John Deere dealership, serving agriculture, lawn care, golf, and more. As Service Manager, you will lead technicians and service advisors, owning people, workflow, customer experience, and financial results across the service operation.

This leadership role requires a calm, integrity-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with Parts, Sales, and Branch leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• You’ve led a team of 6+ technicians and/or service advisors and developed others into stronger performers or leaders.
• Understand shop flow, labor management, and service metrics and know how to improve them.
• Comfortable working directly with growers and contractors when the stakes are high.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop top talent.
• Own the service experience from first call to final invoice.
• Translate goals into clear service KPIs and deliver consistently.
• Run tight operations: schedule, workflow, parts coordination, bottleneck elimination.
• Partner across Parts, Sales, and Branch leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and standardizing effective practices.
