• Strong command of the English language.
• Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
• Ability to work in Canada.

About the role

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as a full-time, seasonal Braidwood Server Assistant.

Hourly Wage: $19.50 - $21.50

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting a station.
• Serve and clear all food & beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned.
• Set all tables according to standards.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests; answer guest questions about the menu.
• Break down displays or side stations; monitor overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience.

What you bring

• Previous experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or hotel.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage products.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
• Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
• Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we require our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
