Crafting clear, concise, and compelling copy for our desktop and mobile interfaces, including onboarding flows and transactional emails.
Owning, maintaining, and evolving our content style guide, ensuring our voice remains consistent, professional, and accessible across all touchpoints.
Build strong relationships with different business lines (including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales and Training) to ensure our copy is not only clear, compelling and legal/regulatory compliant.
Contributing to our design system by creating and editing content standards and components that allow the team to scale efficiently.
Building deep knowledge of the private markets investment space, understanding and expressing complex terminology to become a proficient partner in the domain.
Designing and running the copy review process across business stakeholders and compliance.
Contributing to internal and external longer form product support documentation.
5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or UX content strategy
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability simplifying complex user flows
Experience building and maintaining content style guides and content design systems
Strong attention to detail, tone, and consistency in writing
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Figma
Experience in Fintech, Healthtech, Legal, or other regulated industries
Ability to learn quickly and ramp up on complex topics
Familiarity with copy management tools (such as Localize)
