Affim, a remote-first company, seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the operational health of strategic alliances, design custom integration solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will act as a technical lead, mentor teammates, and drive engagements from launch through end-of-life support.

Initial focus is on keeping merchant integrations healthy via monitoring, triage, and SLA delivery, then expanding to end-to-end ownership of a dedicated book of accounts.

Qualificações

• At least six years in a technical, external-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience owning operational health of technical accounts and delivering against SLAs.
• Strong API, integration, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own operational aspects of technical account management across Affim's strategic alliance portfolio to keep integrations healthy.
• Deliver against SLAs and proactively surface technical risks before customer impact.
• Perform in-depth investigations across logs and data, owning resolution end-to-end.
• Drive initiatives with product and engineering to expand merchant value post-launch.
• Design and deliver complex integration solutions on top of standard integrations.
• Lead internal projects and mentor less-experienced TAMs.
