Zusammenfassung

Affirm seeks a leader to manage a world-class team of Technical Account Managers overseeing SMB merchant success post-sale. You will guide technical strategies and product optimizations across the merchant lifecycle, from integration to scale.

You will build strong cross-functional partnerships with Client Success, Product, Operations and Merchant Care while driving team OKRs and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in a B2B customer-facing technical role and three+ years as a people manager.
• Strong technical background in web development technologies and REST APIs, with a computer science degree or professional engineering experience.
• Able to quickly build rapport with engineering customers.
• Excellent communicator, advocating for customers internally and externally.
• Bonus: Experience with e-commerce or in-store retailers.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor and develop a TAM team serving SMB merchants.
• Collaborate with Client Success to grow merchants post-launch and expand product usage.
• Establish and track OKRs, with proactive action plans to meet goals.
• Forecast TAM demand and recruit as necessary.
• Guide TAMs on integration solutions, troubleshooting and optimization, and be an expert for customers.
• Advocate for merchants across functions to meet top priorities.
