Job summary

Affim is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM) to own the operational health of a strategic alliance portfolio. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure SLA delivery while leading custom integration initiatives and cross-functional projects.

You will mentor junior TAMs, design scalable integration solutions, and partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap. This remote Canada role offers equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role such as TAM, Solutions/Partner Eng, or Solutions Architecture with SLA delivery.
• Ability to run alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting across accounts, balancing reactive work with proactive initiatives.
• Own end-to-end investigations, root-cause analysis across logs and data, escalate when needed.
• Design and deliver custom integration solutions on top of standard integrations.
• Lead internal projects and mentor less-experienced TAMs.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health across the strategic alliance portfolio, alerting and troubleshooting to keep integrations healthy.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks before customer impact.
• Perform in-depth investigations and root-cause analysis across logs and data.
• Drive cross-team launches and partnerships on expansions, promotions, and new product adoption.
• Design/customize integration solutions balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Act as technical lead for internal projects and milestone delivery.
• Create and update playbooks, runbooks, and UAT plans to reduce KTLO work.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps based on merchant needs.
• Mentor TAMs and participate in hiring and team development.
