Job summary

The World’s Identity Company™ is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Enterprise, focusing on Auth0 and developer‑first identity solutions. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to key accounts, guiding architecture decisions and successful deployments.

Travel is required for onboarding in SF or Chicago during the first week and ongoing customer engagements. You will prototype, demo, and coordinate API integrations, ensuring scalable identity across customer

Qualifications

• Experience building and owning technical identities with enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to design scalable B2B and B2C identity architectures.
• Hands-on prototyping, demos, and PoC development.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with customer engineering leads and technical decision-makers.
• Provide technical guidance on Auth0 Customer Identity and developer-first architectures.
• Develop PoCs, configure test tenants, and demonstrate APIs and workflows.
• Test and validate REST APIs with Postman; manage integrations with the company's APIs.
• Mentor peers and deliver workshops to enable the TAM team.
