Job summary

Affim is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the operational health of its strategic alliance portfolio. You will monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, meet SLAs, and drive technical initiatives and custom solutions that align with merchant objectives.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success while mentoring newer TAMs and expanding your own book of strategic accounts over time.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role (TAM, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture).
• Experience owning operational health of technical accounts and SLAs.
• Ability to scope and deliver complex, open-ended technical work.

Responsibilities

• Own operational aspects of technical account management across the strategic alliance portfolio.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks early.
• Perform end-to-end investigations and root-cause analyses using logs and data.
• Drive cross-team initiatives and launches that increase account value.
• Design and deliver custom integration solutions built on standard integrations.
