What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively participate in Scrum teams, embracing agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, and Product Owners.
- Engage in all aspects of the development lifecycle: Ideation, Design, Build, Test, and Operate.
- Champion test and deployment automation while developing secure REST APIs.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure alignment with cloud architectural principles.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience developing REST APIs using Java or .NET Core, emphasizing identity management solutions.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications and services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technology program.
- Experience with major Identity Providers such as ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, or Auth0.
- Proficiency with automation and CI/CD tools using CloudFormation, Terraform, or GitOps.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technical leadership role within software engineering.
- Familiarity with identity standards such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, or SCIM.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Previous involvement in platform evolution and architectural decision-making.
- Experience with microservices architecture and serverless solutions.
