Qualifications

  • 5+ years in reliability engineering, preferably in robotics or aerospace.
  • Experience with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and analytical troubleshooting.
  • Applied Design of Experiments (DOE) experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop processes and tools for Design for Reliability (DFR).
  • Perform reliability analysis and recommend design changes.
  • Monitor system performance and identify reliability issues.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and problem solve complex operational challenges
Experience in designing and conducting reliability testing
Knowledge of reliability prediction software tools
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001)

Education

Bachelor's degree in reliability engineering or similar discipline
5+ years in reliability engineering
