Job summary

A leading global real estate services firm is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in Calgary, Alberta, to support the day-to-day administration and operations of a large retail/office portfolio. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, preparing legal documents, and organizing meetings. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills. Competitive compensation of $63,750.00 - $75,000.00 is offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years administrative work experience, preferably in commercial property management.
  • Basic bookkeeping and record keeping skills required.
  • Must provide clear criminal clearance certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day administration and operations of a retail/office portfolio.
  • Prepare and administer ancillary legal documents and agreements.
  • Manage tenant filing system and ensure proper documentation.
  • Organize bi-weekly manager meetings and provide administrative support.
