Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :** • Ensure the complete governance of large-scale strategic projects; • Define and maintain integrated plans covering schedule, budget, capacity, dependencies, risks and expected benefits; • Support managers and sponsors in decision-making, prioritization and strategic trade-offs; • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of analysts, architecture consultants, developers, data scientists, and business partners; • Anticipate delivery issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies; • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technological capabilities and operational constraints; • Produce executive reports and present progress to the various governance committees; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and portfolio management practices; • Identify and promote opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and process optimization to accelerate time to value; • Develop charters, governance structures, roadmaps and integrated delivery plans; • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, capacity and resources; • Prepare executive status reports, performance indicators and recommendations for decision-making bodies; • Plan change management, adoption, and transition activities to operational and support teams; • Orchestrate the work of the various contributing teams until the release of production. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** • Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing complex and transformational technology projects; • Demonstrated experience delivering in multi-stakeholder environments; • Master Agile, Scrum, Kanban and hybrid models; • Experience in delivering projects involving multiple integrated systems and vendors; • Use project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent; • Knowledge of enterprise architectures, integrations, data, security, and risk management; • Demonstrate excellent communication, influence and presentation skills with managers and executives; • Demonstrate strong analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills; • Effectively manage priorities in a context with multiple simultaneous initiatives; • Adopt a results-oriented approach in environments marked by ambiguity and transformation; • Experience in the banking, financial or trade finance sectors; • Experience in artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, generative artificial intelligence, or agentics (an asset); • Identify use cases in artificial intelligence and collaborate with specialized teams to integrate these capabilities into business initiatives (an asset); • This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
