Qualifications

Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job descriptionHere is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:* Lead initiatives from the planning phase to close-out ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities;* Structure mandates into roadmaps defining scope, expected results, milestones, interdependencies and governance mechanisms;* Mobilize stakeholders, clarify responsibilities and facilitate decision-making;* Coordinate the interdependencies between projects, teams and the different delivery components;* Facilitate exchanges between business sectors and technology teams to promote informed decisions;* Lead the execution of work in complex and evolving contexts while maintaining the achievement of the targeted objectives;* Implement governance mechanisms, risk registers, decision monitoring and change controls;* Prepare for the transition to operations by defining processes, controls, support model, and adoption needs;* Manage external suppliers and partners, including procurement activities and requests for proposals when required;* Monitor risks related to operations, compliance, organizational capacity, training, and adoption;* Measure results using performance indicators, realized profits, and adoption data;* Present progress, risks, issues, decisions and results to management bodies;* Strengthen delivery practices and promote continuous improvement within teams;* Maintain project documentation in accordance with methodologies and organizational standards;* Support change management, communication, training and user coaching activities.The profile sought is as follows:* Cumulate more than ten (10) years of experience in managing complex projects in the banking or financial services sector;* Carry out organizational transformation mandates involving technological changes, process improvements or the evolution of operating models;* Manage large-scale initiatives including several delivery components, external partners and procurement activities;* Accompany adoption, training, deployment and post-implementation support activities;* Define expected results, performance indicators and mechanisms for measuring benefits;* Master project governance practices, including integrated planning, budget monitoring, risk management and change control;* Transform complex mandates into structured action plans, roadmaps and effective monitoring mechanisms;* Apply change management principles related to engagement, communications and training;* Use project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, integrated management platforms and collaborative suites;* Produce executive reports, dashboards and analyses for management;* Understand agile, traditional, and hybrid delivery approaches;* Hold a bachelor's degree in administration, finance, management, operations or a related field;* Possess a master's degree in a relevant field, an asset;* Hold a certification in project management, an asset;* Demonstrate mobilizing leadership, excellent judgment and a strong ability to influence stakeholders;* This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues internationally.
