• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project and program management.
• Experience in managing suppliers in flat rate mode.
• Experience in large organizations on long-term initiatives.
• Experience on strategic complexity programs of $50 million or more per year.
• Operate in high-velocity environments with strong organizational interdependence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening, adaptability, autonomy and organizational skills.
• PMP, ACP or SAFe certifications are an asset.
• French working primarily, with functional English for daily tasks and communication across Canada.
