Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :** • Design and evolve front-end solutions to support suspicious transaction reporting (STR) activities; • Develop high-value dashboards, interactive reports, and data products; • Implement mechanisms for pre-filling, validating and presenting regulatory information; • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple systems to simplify the user experience; • Create consumption views and data models adapted to analysis and operational needs; • Collaborate with functional analysts, DOD specialists, data engineering consultants, architecture consultants and business partners; • Ensure integration of solutions with financial crime related data platforms, APIs and systems; • Apply modern development practices including CI/CD, test automation, and code review; • To guarantee the quality, performance, security, confidentiality and traceability of data; • Act as a technical reference and mentor to the development team; • Contribute to the evolution of data architecture and technological directions; • Participate in Agile activities, work estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience or a master's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience; • Have significant experience in the development of data visualization, exploitation or consumption solutions; • Be proficient in advanced SQL, including data analysis, query optimization, views, and stored procedures; • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, and AWS cloud data architectures; • Demonstrate an ability to analyze large volumes of data and develop complex SQL queries; • Design dashboards, analytical interfaces and data products to meet business needs; • Use data visualization and analysis platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent; • Integrate APIs, data platforms, and analytics services into data consumption solutions; • Apply ETL/ELT concepts, dimensional modeling, Data Vault approaches, and data governance principles; • Ensure data quality, validation, security, confidentiality and traceability; • Implement DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and tools such as Git, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Jira, and Confluence; • Evolve in an Agile environment such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe; • Demonstrate technical leadership, autonomy, rigor and a strong ability to solve complex problems; • Communicate effectively and popularize technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders; • Influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams; • Knowledge of the financial crime field, including AML, AMLCMFA, FINTRAC/FINTRAC, sanctions or screening (an asset); • Participate in the automation of regulatory or operational processes (an asset); • Contribute to data transformation or analytics platform modernization projects (an asset); • This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
