• Structure evolving mandates into concrete roadmaps defining scope, expected results, milestones, dependencies, decisions, governance, and performance indicators; • Engage stakeholders by identifying decision-makers, clarifying responsibilities, developing relationships, facilitating decisions, and escalating issues constructively; • Manage interdependencies between initiatives, teams, and work streams to ensure optimal sequencing, issue resolution, and risk mitigation; • Facilitate collaboration between business sectors and technology teams by challenging assumptions and estimates and then supporting decision-making; • Ensure the progress of work despite ambiguity by maintaining momentum, validating hypotheses and adapting approaches to constraints; • Apply appropriate governance using integrated planning, risk registers, assumptions, issues and dependencies, change control, budget tracking and management reporting; • Prepare for transition to operations by defining the handover approach, business processes, controls, supporting model, adoption needs, and responsibilities; • Coordinate suppliers and partners to meet contractual obligations and delivery milestones; • Monitor risks related to operations, compliance, adoption, organizational capacity, training, process alignment, and governance; • Measure results and benefits using success criteria, adoption indicators, benefit tracking, progress and stabilization indicators; • Present project status, risks, decisions, issues, dependencies, results achieved and required escalations to executives; • Promote delivery excellence by strengthening project management practices and continuous improvement within the team; • Maintain project documentation in accordance with organizational standards and established methodologies; • Support organizational change through communications, training, coaching, adoption planning, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** • Have more than ten (10) years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the banking or financial services industry; • Experience in organizational transformation involving technology-driven changes, process improvements, evolving operating models or governance; • Experience in managing complex deliveries with multiple components, external partners and supplier coordination; • Demonstrate experience in supporting adoption through communications, training, coaching, process standardization, deployment or post-implementation support; • Be proficient in setting performance indicators, tracking benefits, and producing reports for management; • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations management, management or a related field; • Proficiency in a relevant field (an asset); • Knowledge of project governance principles, including integrated planning, scoping, schedule, budget, risk, change and management reporting; • Be able to transform ambiguous mandates into structured plans with clear governance, milestones, dependencies, and defined decisions; • Master change management concepts, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, reinforcement, and feedback mechanisms; • Effectively use project and portfolio management tools, including MS Project and EPM, as well as documentation tools; • Define qualitative and quantitative metrics for value tracking and continuous improvement; • Understand hybrid delivery approaches and agile frameworks; • Hold a certification in project management (an asset); • Demonstrate an organizational vision and an understanding of business and technological impacts; • Demonstrate strategic thinking and good political acumen in order to build trust, reconcile different points of view, and foster alignment; • Adopt a collaborative leadership style suitable for multidisciplinary teams, multiple work streams, and external partners; • Evolve effectively in an ambiguous context while maintaining clarity, rhythm and informed judgment; • Demonstrate accountability and courage to raise issues, recommend decisions and address challenges constructively; • Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and effectively present complex issues, decisions and trade-offs to various stakeholders; • Influence stakeholders and drive results without direct hierarchical authority;
