Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal seeks an experienced .NET Organic Architecture Consultant to drive enterprise-grade architectures and complex integrations. You will lead architecture governance, design robust patterns, and collaborate across analysts, developers, and security teams.

With 10+ years in software development and 5+ years in organic architecture, you will shape cloud and on-prem solutions using Azure and DevOps, while maintaining security and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's, DEC or AEC in computer science or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in software development.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in organic architecture.
• Demonstrate significant experience in designing and implementing complex application integrations.
• Experience in projects involving multiple teams, systems, or technology partners.
• Evolve in contexts of digital transformation or application modernization.
• Master software development, application architecture and integration mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and Azure DevOps practices.
• Apply application security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and non-functional needs into detailed organic architectures.
• Design robust, scalable, secure application architectures aligned with technological orientations.
• Define .NET standards, design patterns, development standards, and best practices.
• Implement integration mechanisms between systems, including APIs, services, events, messages and automated processing.
• Ensure consistency between organic, solution, and enterprise architectures.
• Develop application components and integrations under responsibility.
• Participate in the implementation of required infrastructure and cloud computing components.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, infrastructure and security specialists as well as business sectors.
• Contribute to design, architecture, and code reviews.
• Perform technical impact analyses, effort estimates and risk assessments.
• Support CI/CD and software quality practices; testing, deployment and release activities.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to stakeholders; produce architecture documentation and diagrams.
