As the Senior Program Manager you are an experienced program delivery professional and will oversee the management and execution of the Claims Talent Strategy. You will coordinate, monitor and execute multiple program components and build strong partnerships with project stakeholders to ensure program benefits are delivered to meet business goals and exceed client expectations. Accountabilities include proactively and creatively developing solutions for issues that are unique, complex, and extend throughout the organization. This role is dedicated to ensuring effective implementation , with accompanying change management tactics, in partnership with key stakeholders.

How you will create impact:
  • Work with Claims Senior Leadership to engage other business leaders as required and to facilitate Program champions for various work streams.

Manage changes to scope, budget and timelines within delegated authority and elevate issues and impediments to program stakeholders as necessary.

  • Actively manage the plan, scope, risk, quality and resources, resolve conflicting priorities with program stakeholders and manage risks/assumptions.
  • Work with the Program Sponsor/Line of Business leadership team to develop strategic/operational business plans and vision - research, analyze, evaluate and recommend.
  • Facilitate optimal realization of program benefits, identifying potential gaps in delivery of anticipated program benefits and working with Executive Governance group to explore options. Assess program success and benefits realization.
  • Lead the Program Management team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the deliverables under the Program ensuring projects are aligned to established corporate methodologies and best practices.
  • Chair committees within the governance structure and manage the portfolio backlog and prioritization process.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in Program Management.
  • Having 2-3 years of experience within insurance and financial services preferred.
  • Advanced level project/program management accreditation is preferred.
  • You have worked on large programs in complex environments.
