What you’ll be doing

• Work in a small team to iteratively improve developer experience
• Take new features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production
• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive
• Participate in regular design reviews and incorporate relevant feedback
• Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy
• Collaborate daily with Engineering, User Research, and Product

What we look for in you

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience
• Experience designing developer experiences for web and mobile
• Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, including effective use of AI in product design
• Low ego, collaborative, and open minded
• Demonstrated interest in crypto products (e.g., active user of DeFi apps, wallets, exchanges)

Nice to have

• Prior design experience in crypto or financial products
• Software development experience
• Startup experience
