BC Ferries is undertaking a historic wave of capital projects to modernize terminals, enhance traveller experience, and support the future of marine transportation in British Columbia. To ensure world-class safety outcomes as we deliver these critical infrastructure upgrades, we’re seeking a Senior Occupational Safety & Health Advisor to join our team.
As project workloads grow, ensuring robust safety oversight is critical. This role will play a key part in maintaining compliance, preventing incidents, and supporting the safe and timely delivery of construction projects. This role reports directly to the Manager, Occupational Safety & Health, however, day‑to‑day work activities will be directed by senior leaders at Terminal Project Management Office and Fleet Renewal.

The target salary range: $105,200 - $131,500 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
