About your next Challenge as a Senior Mechanical Engineer:
Working as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team including hardware, software and systems engineering, the candidate will be responsible for hardware and mechanical designs used within integrated naval and marine communication systems.The candidate will design and perform engineering analyses on mechanical assemblies and devices such as electronics enclosures, installation hardware, and other ship-fit equipment.Additional activities will include the ruggedization of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment and support to environmental qualification validation and testing.Key success criteria for this role will include delivering designs that meet the physical and functional requirements for the system, that can be efficiently manufactured, and that are delivered on time and on budget.

·Must be eligible for registration with theControlled Goods Program;
·Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada “Reliability” status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
·Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
