Are you a seasoned marine insurance professional with a passion for strategic growth and client service? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Marine Broker to support our London marine practice leader and chairman. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our marine product line, drive market expansion, and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
  • Lead market placement activities and oversee client enquiries.
  • Develop tailored broking plans and negotiate with carriers.
  • Support and mentor team members, fostering innovative thinking.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Engage with clients through visits, risk assessments, and renewal presentations.
  • Identify new product opportunities and market trends.
What you need to have
  • Equivalent experience in marine broking or underwriting, with Hull & Machinery expertise.
  • Yacht and other marine lines is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of marine insurance products and maintains well-established connections with key underwriters in the marine market.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
