Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Manager, UX Design to join our dynamic in‑house marketing team. You’ll spend your days bringing Lightspeed’s story to life across digital channels, driving the vision, quality and evolution of our digital brand experiences, including the marketing website, lifecycle communications and conversion‑driven UX initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide creative and strategic direction for Lightspeed’s digital touchpoints: marketing website, landing pages and lifecycle experiences.
  • Use research, analytics and experimentation (CRO, A/B testing, UserTesting, etc.) to drive performance and innovation.
  • Own the UX Design roadmap, aligning creative innovation with measurable growth outcomes and identifying opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Lead and manage a distributed UX Design team, ensuring all design work delivers on UX best practices, artistic excellence and business intent.
  • Act as a global design ambassador, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and elevate the role of UX within marketing.
  • Champion digital‑first design principles and evolve our systems, tools and templates to ensure scalability, accessibility and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for brand differentiation through storytelling, animation and interactivity.
  • Partner with CRO to balance growth goals and UX best practices.
  • Collaborate with Web Development to enhance interaction quality, speed and experimentation capabilities.
  • Present creative work to internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives, articulating design rationale and building buy‑in for key initiatives.
  • Integrate AI and automation into workflows to improve quality, consistency and velocity.
  • Balance short‑term delivery needs with long‑term vision, maintaining world‑class UX standards.
  • Work independently, managing and meeting project deadlines.
  • Proactively recommend opportunities to improve team process and output.
  • Contribute positively to design team engagement and culture.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in UX, digital design or creative direction roles within SaaS, e‑commerce or high‑growth digital environments.
  • Proven track record of leading creative and UX teams at a global scale.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic UX leadership, digital brand storytelling and measurable business results.
  • Experience building and managing design systems and collaborating with front‑end engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of CRO principles, A/B testing and data‑informed design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern front‑end tools and workflows.
  • Fluency in English as a working language (required).
What you’ll bring to the team
