A leading payment solutions provider is seeking a Senior Manager in Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategies and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers. This role requires significant experience in marketing and product management, including strong leadership and strategic thinking. The position involves hybrid work, balancing in-office collaboration and remote work, based in Toronto, Ontario.
Reporting to the Director, Product & Partnership Marketing, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) marketing strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of products and solutions for SMBs, Large and Key Accounts (LAKA) and Distribution Partners. You will shape product marketing positioning, value prop messaging, and external (customer) sales engagement strategies across the full lifecycle—from acquisition, growth to retention. As a strategic bridge between product, marketing, sales and customer experience teams, the Senior Manager guides product awareness, adoption, competitive differentiation and revenue growth. As a senior leader on the product marketing team, you will oversee key initiatives, lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing Managers and influence cross-functional decisions that shape our go-to-market success. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep customer empathy, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for driving business impact through insight-led marketing.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
