Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Product & Partnership Marketing, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) marketing strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of products and solutions for SMBs, Large and Key Accounts (LAKA) and Distribution Partners. You will shape product marketing positioning, value prop messaging, and external (customer) sales engagement strategies across the full lifecycle—from acquisition, growth to retention. As a strategic bridge between product, marketing, sales and customer experience teams, the Senior Manager guides product awareness, adoption, competitive differentiation and revenue growth. As a senior leader on the product marketing team, you will oversee key initiatives, lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing Managers and influence cross-functional decisions that shape our go-to-market success. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep customer empathy, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for driving business impact through insight-led marketing.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product marketing launches, feature releases, enhancements and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, sales and marketing teams.
  • Drive strategic thinking to support the delivery of new products to market, ensuring product-market fit through rigorous merchant research, analysis and planning.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the entire product portfolio, building and maintaining product marketing roadmaps, business cases, and establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the development of compelling, customer-centric product messaging, value propositions and positioning that differentiates our offerings in the market and resonates with target audiences.
  • Partner with sales leadership and enablement teams to equip them with the tools, content and resources needed to position and sell our products, including sales decks, battlecards, case studies/testimonials, video demos, and more.
  • Coach a team of 6 Product Marketing Managers to drive consistency and excellence across all products launches while elevating their influence cross-functionally. Be a positive driver for the team with a deep focus on individual/team development, progression, and high-performance culture.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing/Business or a related field required.
  • 8-10 years of Marketing experience. At least 5 years demonstrated understanding of product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing or similar go-to-market positions.
  • Experience spearheading go-to-market strategies for product launches and conducting customer insight research.
  • Background in financial services, fintech, SMB marketing or with payments experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in growth or lifecycle marketing (email, in-product, content marketing and owned/earned channels) required.
  • 5+ years of people management experience preferred (min 2+ years leading a team of senior professionals).
