A major Canadian bank in Winnipeg is seeking a Capability Coach to provide support and advice to enhance leadership skills and client experience. You'll guide regional and national capabilities and drive best practices for sales management. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of retail banking leadership experience and possess strong organizational knowledge. The role offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment with comprehensive rewards and development opportunities.
You will provide support, advice, and coaching to the Regional Vice President and leaders to increase leaders’ skills, knowledge, and effectiveness. In addition, you will lead the integration, delivery, and execution of National Office initiatives to facilitate the delivery of a differentiated client experience while developing best in class sales and sales management. You will lead advice based discoveries and training to maximize capabilities/results and client experience.
As the successful candidate, you will act as a Capability Coach supporting both Regional and National Capability development for leaders and advisors.
